Our ISO certifications are an independent confirmation that we take responsibility — for your data, for the environment, and for delivering consistently high quality at every step. It gives you, as our customer, confidence during audits and regulatory reviews, and a guarantee that our processes for development, production, service, and data handling meet the standards required within life science, laboratory, and food safety environments.
We are certified according to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 27001 (Information Security), and are currently working toward certification according to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
We have established a Code of Conduct and expect all our business relationships — customers and suppliers alike — to align their organisation and operations accordingly.

Our quality certification confirms that our quality work and quality management system meet the high and rigorous requirements for delivering services and products that meet the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders. Our work is governed as part of our quality management system, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Certified since 2018.

ISO 14001 – Environment
Our environmental certification ensures that ICU’s operations continuously reduce environmental impact and improve our environmental management system for a more sustainable future. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint and make a positive impact by focusing on sustainable procurement of goods and services, and by reducing our own environmental impact. Our work is governed by our environmental management system, based on the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard. Certified since 2018.

ISO 27001 – Information Security
We are committed and dedicated to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of all employees, consultants, customers, suppliers, and partners. Through our information security work, we ensure that sensitive information — from customer data to measurement values and documentation — is handled, stored, and protected in a structured and controlled way. The security of your data is our priority, and our work is governed as part of our information security management system, based on the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard. Certified since 2023.

ISO 45001 – Work Environment (in progress)
An important part of our work to create a safe and secure working environment for all our employees is our ongoing effort toward ISO 45001 certification. The certification covers how we systematically identify risks, prevent workplace injuries, and promote health and wellbeing in the workplace, and will be an independent confirmation that our approach to occupational health and safety meets the same high standard as our quality, environmental, and information security work. We expect to be certified in October 2026.
