At ICU Scandinavia, we offer qualified calibration services for temperature monitoring and measuring equipment for laboratories as well as other industries.

We offer all customers the opportunity to participate and supervise the calibration on site if you wish, please notify our customer-responsible Salesperson or Service Technician, then we can plan it accordingly.

Calibration

Our technicians calibrate the sensors directly in your system, providing a fast, smooth, and well-documented process. We ensure that the equipment measures according to specifications and that everything functions correctly within the system.

Accredited calibration

For situations where accredited calibration is required (e.g., for regulatory compliance or extra high traceability), we can also offer this through our selected laboratory partners. You will then receive calibration certificates according to ISO/IEC 17025, ensuring maximum security and compliance.

When is calibration needed?

Although many measuring instruments are accurate from the factory, operation age & environmental influences can cause deviations over time. If your company places high demands on quality, traceability, documentation and regulations, regular calibration is a must.

Handling complaints and claims

Complaints and claims are an opportunity to improve our operations.

When a complaint is received, we first assess whether it concerns an activity for which ICU is responsible. If so, the complaint is handled according to our established process, which involves registration and in our Observation System as well as evaluation by employees with the right skills.

ICU is responsible for investigating the complaint and making necessary decisions throughout the handling process.

To ensure an objective and impartial assessment, all decisions on actions based on observations are reviewed and approved by a person within the business who has not been involved in the activity in question.
