Sustainability

Quality assurance builds trust

Sustainability is part of how we protect it

Since 1992, we’ve supplied quality assurance systems to laboratories, hospitals and food safety operations — places where getting it wrong isn’t an option. That track record is built on more than the products we deliver. It’s built on how we run the business behind them.

Quality and regulatory compliance

People and working conditions

Environmental responsibility

Our customers work in industries where traceability and documentation aren’t optional — so neither are they for us. Everything we do is governed by a certified management system, and we hold ourselves to that standard every day, not just when an auditor is in the room.

We want ICU to be a place where people are treated fairly and with respect, and where doing right by employees comes before short-term gain. That’s true internally, and it’s what we expect from everyone we work with.

Environmental impact is something we factor into real decisions — product development, choosing suppliers, running our own operations. It’s ongoing work, not a milestone we tick off once.

Suppliers and Code of Conduct

We expect the people we work with to share our values. Our Code of Conduct sets out what that means in practice — human rights, working conditions, environmental responsibility, business ethics and information security — and we expect suppliers and partners to be able to demonstrate how they apply it.
